Quen PH is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.
Quen PH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI , BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Quen PH does not accept cash deposits or payments via third-party agents.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.
